Black Panthers Protest Labeled as Right-Wing Protest

Earlier today, the Black Panthers protested in Richmond, VA armed with AR-15s.  The irony is that it was labeled as a “far-right” demonstration!

The New Black Panther Party (NBPP) is a U.S.-based black nationalist organization founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1989. Despite its name, the NBPP is not an official successor to the Black Panther Party. Members of the original Black Panther Party have insisted that the newer party is not legitimate and “there is no new Black Panther Party”.

The Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights consider the New Black Panthers to be a hate group, accusing it and its leaders of racism, antisemitism and anti-Zionism. – Source: Wikipedia
