“The story of Christmas is about a Palestinian Jew. Now, how often do you find those words put together?”
“A Palestinian Jew born into a time when his country was occupied, right? They can’t find a place for her to even give birth.”
“They’re homeless. They eventually have to flee as refugees into Egypt, no less. I mean, you can’t make up the parallels to our current world situation right now.”

No, Jesus (Yeshua) was living in Galilee, not Palestine. Eleven of the first 12 apostles were also Galilean Jews. Guess which one wasn’t (Judas). Jesus’ parents were not homeless. They had to go to Bethlehem, for the census and it was too full for them to find proper lodging. Booking.com hadn’t been invented yet. They were refugees (as Jews have often been) from Herod, after Messiah was born, yes, but unlike refugees at the US southern border, Mary and Yosef had real riches with them, the gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Jesus told us, 9″And call no man on earth your father; for One is your Father, who is in heaven. 10 Nor are you to be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Messiah.” Mat 23:9-10, TLV. There is a reason we were instructed not to call any man “Father” and yet, look now at how many false father’s there are, and have been, since that day. The same for the title Teacher aka “Rabbi,” since the Temple was destroyed. If Christians stopped showing respect for false “Fathers” and “Rabbis,” they’d have a life seeking after Messiah, according to the apostles teachings.
Obviously this person has never read the Bible.
