Their evasiveness in answering the simple question posed to them is nothing more than an unacceptable cop-out which is unprofessional immature and beneath the status of leaders who are depended upon to make clear concise decisions in the best interests of those subject to them. In slang terms… “A chicken-shit way out”. They’re just afraid of their own students faculty and board members.
