Over 100,000 Muslims praying on Temple Mount, chanting ‘We’ll sacrifice our lives for al-Aqsa’

Over 100,000 Muslims gathered at the Temple Mount Complex [al-Aqsa] to celebrate Eid al-Adha. The festival celebrates Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son Ishmael, however, the Bible clearly states that Issac was the son who was offered on Mount Moriah.

Muslims chanted: “We’ll sacrifice our lives for al-Aqsa.”

  1. That’s an interesting reaction from Muslims. They are ready to die for something not mentioned in the Koran? Check me on that but I thought their “holy” places were Mecca and/or Medina not Jerusalem? If I’m off on this someone correct me.
