Not to compare NY mortal man to Christ, but this is exactly what the scribes and parishes did to him because He called them out for their wickedness and the people believed Him! In the end the governing body said that he could “find no fault in Him”, but turned him over to the religious leaders of the day to carry out their evil against Him.
