The outcome of this report is the conclusion that the probability of a laboratory origin for CoV-2 is 99.8% with a corresponding probability of a zoonotic origin of 0.2%. This exceeds most academic law school discussions of how to quantify ‘beyond a reasonable doubt,’ the threshold for finding guilt in a criminal case. A bipartisan group in Congress has introduced the so-called “Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act Of 2021.” It would expand the surveillance and police powers of the national security state in the name of combatting dangerous extremism.

“America must be vigilant to combat those radicalized to violence, and the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act gives our government the tools to identify, monitor and thwart their illegal activities,” Congressman Brad Schneider, one of the bill’s lead sponsors, said. “Combatting the threat of domestic terrorism and white supremacy is not a Democratic or Republican issue, not left versus right or urban versus rural. Sad, that people died due to politics! One day, we’ll look back and truly understand how COVID was used politically to take down a President … and at the same time destroy America!

New York State Attorney General Letitia James issued a report on Thursday in which she accused the Cuomo administration of “severely undercounting” the number of COVID-19 deaths among those in nursing homes by as much as 50 percent, according to The New York Times.

Both James and Gov. Andrew Cuomo are Democrats.

The Times reported that the state’s Health Department counted only those COVID-19 deaths that occurred at the actual nursing homes, excluding the deaths of those “who died at a hospital after being transferred there.” — Source: Western Journal

President Biden is especially letting down military women, who will be ordered to share their private facilities with biological males who claim to be transgender. Directives issued during the Obama-Biden administration, such as the 2016 “Military Transgender Policy Implementation Handbook,” brushed off concerns about personal discomfort and worse. Women, said the guidebook, will just have to “get used to it.”

Eliminating any doubt, Biden’s order explicitly opens doors to sexual minorities who want “access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports” reserved for the opposite sex. Transgender ideology, which demands acceptance of the unscientific notion that gender is “designated” or “assigned at birth,” disregards psychological and biological realities.
