The definition of a “water breaking minute” is it’s analogy to childbirth. When a woman’s water breaks, it means the child has to be born soon, like today (or tonight). Caesarean sections are done when that mother does not deliver her child within the next 18 hours. Thus, a water breaking moment or minute is one in which a new creation is about to happen/unfold.
