House Democrats Block Bill to Protect Supreme Court Justices

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) made a unanimous consent request on the House floor to bring up S. 4160 for a vote. S. 4160, which passed the Senate by a unanimous vote, would have allocated additional security for the justices’ family members. Despite McCarthy’s request, Speaker Pelosi and the Democrats failed to comply with McCarthy’s proposal to bring the bill to vote.

“We have a Second Amendment because we understand in this country that there are some things, inalienable rights, that you cannot justly take away from a free and equal human being,” stated Rep. Chip Roy (R-Tx). He continued, “Tyrants disarm the people they intend to oppress!”

Milwaukee Brewers Promote Pride Month by Hosting a Pre-Game Drag Queen Show

The Milwaukee Brewers baseball team is hosting Pride Night Wednesday at their American Family Field, however, the main event is far from family-friendly.

The event will include a pre-game drag show with “DJ Drip Sweat,” along with drag performances by “Dora Diamond,” “Beth Anne Bodyworks,” “Dita Von,” and “Marbella.”

Former DNI Ratcliffe: ‘Lost the Battle, But Clearly Winning the War”

John Ratcliffe, Former Director of National Intelligence, stated, “John Durham’s prosecution may have lost this battle, but they’re clearly winning the war.”

He continued on to say he is optimistic that Durham will successfully prosecute and would “expand the indictments.”

Repeal the Gun-Free Zone Act

“The biggest thing we can do here today is repeal the 1990 Gun-Free School Zone Act so that the default condition in this country is not to advertise every student as a target,” Rep. Massie said in a Congressional hearing.

“In those states and in those school districts where that’s happened where they’ve allowed qualified teachers and staff, there hasn’t been a single mass shooting at one of those schools,” Mr Massie said. “There hasn’t been a single shooting of one person in one of those schools.”
