Key Biden aide said pandemic was ‘best thing that ever happened to him’, book says

A senior adviser to Democrat Joe Biden in his campaign for president believed “Covid is the best thing that ever happened to him”, a new book reports.

The remark, made to “an associate” by Anita Dunn, a Washington powerbroker who the Atlantic called “The Mastermind Behind Biden’s No-Drama Approach to Trump”, is reported in Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency, by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes. — Source: UK Guardian

How to deal with the media … Give my regards to your puppet master!

In recent months, Tesla became one of the first companies to dismantle its PR department. Clearly, it didn’t need the Main Stream Media — it sent shockwaves across the Twitterverse.   Soon thereafter, TSLA stock exploded!  It went from the mid 400s in October to over $900 in January!

In January, Elon Musk overtook Jeff Bezos of Amazon as the richest man in the world!  So the response, from Bezos, Washington Post was a hit piece on the billionaire.

Many leftists are enraged that Musk left California for Texas!

The Washington Post reported on Musk’s supposed “public meltdown” during a Tesla earnings call in April — “raging against California officials’ shutdown orders in an expletive-laden rant.”

“To say that they cannot leave their house and they will be arrested if they do, this is fascist,” Musk said on the call, adding: “This is not democratic — this is not freedom.”

Who doesn’t agree with Elon?

So when a Washington Post reporter reached out to Elon Musk for a response — Elon replied, “Give my regards to your puppet master.”

Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, purchased the Washington Post in 2013.

With the space race taking place amongst the billionaires … this is just the beginning of the media war!

Democrat Pork Projects Adds $1 Trillion to Coronavirus Bill

“The Non-Covid Spending Blowout” by Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, reports that “Most of the $1.9 trillion House bill has little to do with the virus.”

Certainly, the coronavirus stimulus bill does provide $473 billion in payments to individuals, $75 billion in cash for vaccines, $26 billion to restaurants, $15 billion to help fund airline payrolls, and another $7.2 billion in Paycheck Protection Program funding for small businesses.

However, The Wall Street Journal editorial board estimated that only $825 billion was directly related to COVID-relief and $1 trillion was “expansions of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes.” [ Source ]

We are heading into a DEBT storm … setting the stage for a massive global economic reset! In the United States, the nation’s debt $10 trillion in 2008. By 2016, it increased to $19.6 trillion. In 2020, it had gone to $23.6 trillion. And today …. $28 trillion!

Throughout the world, the debt had reached $272 trillion by the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Nothing to see here folks … it’s just printing money without any ramifications … do you really believe that?

Missouri county legalizes the arrest of feds who try to violate citizens Second Amendment rights

In preparation of the Biden administration passing potential anti-gun legislation, a county in Missouri passed an ordinance which would invalidate the federal government from infringing on the Second Amendment rights of its citizens.

The ordinance grants the county sheriff “full authority to make an arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce regulations.”

The Second Amendment Preservation Act of Newton County Missouri cites the state’s own constitution for justifying the legislation. “All federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations passed by the federal government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in the county,” the act reads.  [ continue reading … Source: Post-Millennial ]

This is just the beginning as Conservative municipalities, cities, and states will implement similar laws. While Democrats pass “sanctuary” law protecting illegal aliens, Conservatives will pass similar laws protecting its citizens … which do you believe will be vilified by the press?

Merrick Garland on Border Security

HAWLEY: “Do you believe that illegal entry at America’s border should remain a crime?”

GARLAND: “I just haven’t thought about that question… I don’t know of a proposal to decriminalize but still make it unlawful to enter.”

Listen to Merrick Garland stumble and bumble his way through the answer concerning illegal entry into the United States.

‘Citizens Deserve Better’: Justice Clarence Thomas Dissents In PA Election Case

Elections are “of the most fundamental significance under our constitutional structure.”

…. Through them, we exercise self-government. But elections enable self-governance only when they include processes that “giv[e] citizens (including the losing candidates and their supporters) confidence in the fairness of the election.”

… (“Confidence in the integrity of our electoral processes is essential to the functioning of our participatory democracy”). Unclear rules threaten to undermine this system. They sow confusion and ultimately dampen confidence in the integrity and fairness of elections. To prevent confusion, we have thus repeatedly—although not as consistently as we should—blocked rule changes made by courts close to an election.

… An election system lacks clear rules when, as here, different officials dispute who has authority to set or change those rules. This kind of dispute brews confusion because voters may not know which rules to follow. Even worse, with more than one system of rules in place, competing candidates might each declare victory under different sets of rules. We are fortunate that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to change the receipt deadline for mail-in ballots does not appear to have changed the outcome in any federal election.

Changing the rules in the middle of the game is bad enough. Such rule changes by officials who may lack authority to do so is even worse. When those changes alter election results, they can severely damage the electoral system on which our self-dissenting governance so heavily depends. If state officials have the authority they have claimed, we need to make it clear. If not, we need to put an end to this practice now before the consequences become catastrophic.

One wonders what this Court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us. I respectfully dissent.
