Will Netanyahu Come Back into Power?

“There are individual members of the Knesset that can break away from their party and we’re seeing that in Yamina. That’s what brought down the government in the first place. It’s Naftali Bennett’s co-members of parliament [who] abandoned him. So if that happens and Netanyahu could put together 61 [seats in Israel’s 120-seat parliament], it’s still possible that Israel can avoid elections.”

Birx: Biden Admin. Was ‘Hoping’, Not Lying, When It Said Vaccines Would Stop COVID Spread

Dr. Deborah Birx testified before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis when she was pressed by Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan about whether the government had lied about COVID-19 vaccines. He referenced numerous claims from 2021 in which federal health agencies and officials said vaccinated people can’t catch or spread COVID-19.  She said on Thursday that the federal government wasn’t “lying” when it said COVID-19 vaccines would stop transmission of the virus, but “hoping.”

Rep. Maxine Waters States, “To Hell With the Supreme Court, We Will Defy Them!”

“We will be out by the thousands, we will be out by the millions,” Rep. Maxine Waters stated outside the Supreme Court building as the announcement of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

The question that should be asked is, “Is this an insurrectionist act?”

VP Harris Says Supreme Court’s 2nd Amendment Decision Defies the Constitution

Vice President Kamala Harris disagreed with the Supreme Court’s decision that struck down a New York law requiring people to show a need for carrying a gun to get a license to have one in public. The justices said the requirement violates the Second Amendment right to “keep and bear arms.” However, Harris commenting on the decision stated, it “defies common sense and the Constitution.”

Saudi Arabia and Turkey Normalizing Relations

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan at the Presidential Palace in Ankara in an effort to normalize ties between Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Tensions between the two countries were fractured after the alleged assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018. Khashoggi was last seen after he entered a Saudi consulate in Istanbul.

Fed Chairman: Inflation Was High Before the War in Ukraine

At the end of May, Biden seized on an Oval Office meeting with Fed Chair Powell to argue that while fighting price increases is his top priority, that work was primarily the purview of the Federal Reserve.

“My plan is to address inflation. That starts with a simple proposition: respect the Fed, respect the Fed’s independence, which I have done and will continue to do,” Biden said.

Additionally, Biden placed the blame for Americans’ suffering squarely on the shoulders of Russian president Vladimir Putin and his “Putin Price Hike.”

Sen Bill Hagerty (R-TN) addressed the Biden narrative, noting that “the problem [of inflation] hasn’t sprung out of nowhere,” before asking Powell the following question:

“Would you say that the war in Ukraine is the primary driver of inflation in America?”

Powell’s response:

“No. Inflation was high, certainly before the war in Ukraine broke out.”
