Yet Another Scientific Study Concludes COVID Is Likely Lab Engineered

Dr. Stephen Quay and Berkeley physics professor Richard Muller revealed the findings in The Wall Street Journal Sunday, noting that “The most compelling reason to favor the lab leak hypothesis is firmly based in science.”

The scientists added that “COVID-19 has a genetic footprint that has never been observed in a natural coronavirus.

The research points to the genome sequencing of the virus ‘CGG-CGG’, which is one of 36 sequencing patterns observed, but does not occur in nature.

The CGG-CGG combination has never been found naturally. That means the common method of viruses picking up new skills, called recombination, cannot operate here,” the scientists assert.

“A virus simply cannot pick up a sequence from another virus if that sequence isn’t present in any other virus,” they add, while also noting that the CGG-CGG combination IS commonly used in ‘gain of function’ research, which is known to have been used with coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.  Source: Summit News

Virologist Who Told Fauci SARS-CoV-2 ‘Potentially Engineered’ Just Nuked His Twitter Account

A California virologist who told Anthony Fauci that COVID-19 looks ‘potentially engineered’ and ‘inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory’ – only to later reverse course and publish a ‘natural origin’ paper 8 weeks later (before receiving a multi million-dollar NIH grant) has deleted more than 5,000 tweets— Source

Pork-Stuffed Bill About To Pass Senate Enables Splicing Aborted Babies With Animals

The U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, or so-called “Endless Frontier Act,” has been lauded as a force against China’s technological dominance, but it’s turning into a giant pile of special-interest pork that increases taxpayer outlays for grotesque medical research that splices the bodies of animals with those of aborted human babies.

In May, Senate Republicans proposed an amendment that would prohibit the use or development of human-animal chimera, The Federalist reported. Chimera are essentially human-animal hybrids Frankensteined together in labs.

Under this bill, the scandal-plagued National Institute of Health (NIH) would receive billions of dollars for relatively unprotected research. According to guidelines that the NIH will most likely adopt, set by the International Society for Stem Cell Research, “in vitro culture of chimeric embryos (human cells into non- human embryos),” is permitted and allowed, and such research is “reportable, but not typically reviewed by a specialized oversight process.”  — Source: The Federalist (Read More)

Ironic Twist as Twitter Bans Nigerian President, Nigeria Blocks Twitter … Twitter Calls Foul

Nigeria suspends Twitter access after president’s tweet was deleted – UK Guardian

Twitter said the post violated its policy on abusive behavior. In the post, Nigerian President Buhari promised to punish pro-Biafra groups blamed for several attacks against government agencies and security forces this year.

“Many of those misbehaving today are too young to be aware of the destruction and loss of lives that occurred during the Biafra war,” Buhari wrote. “Those of us in the fields for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand,” referencing his role as a brigade major during the Biafra war, one of the darkest chapters in Nigeria’s history. The war ended the attempts by mainly Igbo people in south-east Nigeria to create an independent nation of Biafra.

On Saturday, Twitter was inaccessible through mobile apps on many of the largest phone networks, including the biggest one, South Africa’s MTN. Many users expressed outrage, and some managed to access the social media platform through virtual private networks.

Journalists Want $2.3 Billion Bailout as Part of Infrastructure Bill

From Democratic lawmakers to journalists, a campaign is being waged to treat local news outlets as “civic infrastructure” that would be eligible for $2.3 billion in taxpayer aid in the American Jobs Plan infrastructure bill.

Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., is leading the charge to secure the money in the legislation being negotiated between President Biden and bipartisan members of Congress.

“Broadcast journalism and news journalism are part of [our] critical infrastructure,” Cantwell told the National Association of Broadcasters last month, according to Radio World.  Source: Just the News (Read More)

High-Ranking Chinese Defector Has ‘Direct Knowledge’ of CCP’s Working to Release Variants to Cover Up Original Lab Leak

Over the weekend, Independent Journalist Adam Howsley broke a major story that details a high-level defector from China told the FBI that the CCP is trying to produce COVID variants to hide the fact that the virus leaked from a lab in Wuhan.

New ‘Rainbow Index of Churches in Europe’ measures ‘LGBT inclusivity’ of Christian denominations

The first “Rainbow Index of Churches in Europe in 2020” (RICE 2020) that ranks Christian church groups in Europe by their “LGBTI inclusivity” was released in April.

“As theologians researching inclusivity, we started with the argument that Jesus’ practice of radical hospitality and commensality sets the rule for churches on diversity, equality, and the affirmation of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities,” states the RICE research report, which was researched by the European Forum of LGBT Christian Groups (EF).

The report continues, “What are the implications of Jesus’ words and practices for inclusion in the sacraments and the ordination of clergy; the representation in leadership and decision-making in the church; the inclusivity of liturgical language; the acknowledgement of the church’s role in the discrimination toward LGBTI people?”  Source: LifeSite News (Read More)

Emails show Fauci made urgent inquiry about gain-of-function research as pandemic began

U.S. infectious disease chief Anthony Fauci made an urgent inquiry about controversial gain-of-function research in February 2020 as the coronavirus was beginning its deadly spread from China across the world, according to official government emails forced into public view this week.

The emails obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by The Washington Post and Buzzfeed News are likely to add new evidence to the growing debate over whether the Wuhan Institute of Virology near the epicenter of the pandemic was engaged in gain-of-function research that made the coronavirus more infectious to human and whether the pandemic started with an accident in the Chinese lab.

The emails obtained by Buzzfeed include one dated Feb. 1, 2020 in which Fauci appears to make an urgent request to his top deputy Hugh Auchincloss, the principal deputy director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases that Fauci has led for decades.  Source: Just the News (Read More)

U.S. Embassy to Holy See flies Pride flag: ‘LGBTQI+ rights are human rights’

The U.S. Embassy to the Vatican displayed a rainbow flag in celebration of Pride Month on Tuesday.

“The U.S. Embassy to the Holy See celebrates #PrideMonth with the Pride flag on display during the month of June,” the embassy tweeted. “The United States respects the dignity and equality of LGBTQI+ people. LGBTQI+ rights are human rights.”

The tweet included a photo of the rainbow flag hanging outside the embassy, which is currently represented by Chargé d’Affaires Patrick Connell, ad interim, as President Biden has yet to choose a new ambassador since taking office.  Source: Washington Times (Read More)

New York Times Corrects Its Headline Claim That Gaza Dead Were ‘Mostly Civilians’

The New York Times is retreating from its claim, made in a top-of-the-front page six-column headline, that the recent Israel-Gaza war left “More Than 250 Dead, Mostly Civilians.”

correction published by the Times in the June 1 newspaper confesses that the paper can’t substantiate the May 21 headline’s unattributed claim. “A headline with an article on May 21 about the conflict between Israel and Hamas overstated the death toll in the conflict. As the article correctly stated, more than 240 people were killed in Gaza and Israel, not more than 250, according to local officials, and it is not known whether most of those killed were civilians,” the correction says. It offers readers no explanation of how the erroneous claim made its way into the headline.  Source: Algemeiner (Read More)

Washington Post Corrects 15-Month-Old Headline Falsely Calling Wuhan Lab Theory ‘Debunked’

The Washington Post has corrected a controversial story from February 2020 that referred to the lab leak theory of the origin of Covid as “debunked.”

The report covered a Fox News interview in which Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AK) pointed to a lab studying bat coronaviruses in Wuhan as a potential origin of the disease.

“We don’t know where it originated, and we have to get to the bottom of that,” Cotton told Fox’s Maria Bartiromo. “We also know that just a few miles away from that food market is China’s only biosafety level 4 super laboratory that researches human infectious diseases.”  Source: MediaLite (Read More)
